…I tend to wear rose colored glasses, but am conscious of truth; I acknowledge pain, discomfort, injustice, inequality, etc. but instead of dwelling on the negative, I see the possibility for growth and renewal within destruction.  I understand the difference between ignorance and indifference and try not to partake in either party.

Currently:

I am creating my own space in the world.  I have relized that to some degree our purpose in society is predestined.  We may manipulate the avenue of achieving that role, but essentially; “all we know is all we are” -Nirvana. 

Again I am a teacher, in the very literal public high school sense.  After a summer of soul searching, diving deeper, reconnecting to sense of self, setting goals, chasing dreams, and creating a plan of productivity and accomplisment ,I have rediscovered my roots.  I love liberal ideas, living lightly, loving deeply, and creating chaos in which to find order…however, I thrive in self regualted structure including tradition, routine, schedules, etc.  This is one of my many trials as a free spirit that requires some restraint in order to best channel and focus my talents.

As an idependant adult, I have now relocated my life across the country from Detroit suburbs to Scottsdale, Arizona.  I have spent the late summer attending and standing up in the weddings of my only sister, and my best friend since third grade.  This cemented the sentiments of family, love and truly living.  I have renewed energy and spirit as I fall into autumn a long way away, but as I settle into my new life I feel truly home.

Future…
I have big plans for the future.  I found that I must rely on what I know now in order to best build my potential for becoming the greatness I know is awaitng.  It feels good to know the road ahead even if you're taking the long way…but, i've always preferred the scenic route anyway.
